My parents, in addition to running a farm, started in the cottage industry on PEI in the 1970s and we have been welcoming visitors to the Island ever since. Along with my wife and daughter we have been continuing the family tradition of running the cottages since 1997.
We have nine cottages that are nestled in a secluded spacious spot surrounded on three sides by an acre of woodlands. Our large lot is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy the summer with playground equipment and a pool.
All of our cottages have two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in the first bedroom with either a queen or two twin beds in the second bedroom. Additionally there are sofa beds in the main living area and for a nominal charge we can provide a cot if required. The kitchens include a fridge, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker along with dishes, pots, and pans for your cooking convenience. All cottages have four piece bathrooms as well.
Our cottages have pine or laminate flooring in the living area, carpeting in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the main living area along with air conditioning and flat screen cable TV and DVD players with free videos available for your viewing pleasure. All cottages have large decks on one and a half sides of the cottage. Patio furniture and a gas barbecue make the deck an ideal spot to spend the evening. There is also a wood burning fire pit and a picnic table in front of each cottage. If you don't have time to go to the beach we have for your enjoyment a heated swimming pool and hot tub
A pass is available free of charge to allow entry into the Prince Edward Island National Park during your stay. The Brackley Beach-Dalvay section of the National Park is located three minutes by car down the road where you will find pristine North Shore beaches, walking and cycling trails, the photogenic Covehead Lighthouse, Richard's Seafood and more.
